HOPPER turned fine artist in the early 1990s, after nearly 15 years as a commercial illustrator. In 2000, HOPPER began developing his Fractal Theory Techniques – his Fragmentism Movement, ultimately perfecting his Thrown Paint Theory (his primary signature technique). It was this technique that earned him three consecutive Grammy Award commissions. He moved on to develop his more advanced Floating Circle Theory, and his current Radial Mix Concept. This Radial application was not only utilized for the US Olympic Team – Beijing, China 2008 commission, but was also utilized for the First Official Artwork for the USA DanceSport National Competition – Louisville, KY 2007.
