Mark English has been one of the leading illustrators in the US and abroad for three decades.

English was educated at the Art Center College in Los Angeles in 1960.
English has painted portraits of famous personalities for the National Park Service, as well as designed thirteen stamps for the US Postal Service. His unique style is easily recognizable in such publications as McCalls, Time, Sports Illustrated, Redbook, Atlantic Monthly, and others. He has won literally hundreds of awards for his work and has been the most awarded illustrator in the history of the Society of Illustrators in New York. His client list includes such notables as IBM, U.S. Park Service, RCA, GE, Ford, GM, and Honeywell.

Some awards include the Hamilton King Award, Society of Illustrators, New York, 1967; voted “Artist of the Year” by the Artists’ Guild of New York, 1967; and elected to “The Illustrators’ Hall of Fame” by the Society of Illustrators, New York, 1983. He has been called “the most awarded illustrator in the history of the Society of Illustrators, New York.”
